I read negative reviews about this hotel but never let other people's opinions influence mine. I had the whirlpool room and everything about the room was great. Very clean room with a clean hot tub and fresh towels. The guy at the counter was very friendly and courteous, so much so that I found myself standing around just to chat with him. Every time he saw me or my wife he asked if everything was ok with our stay so far. Great customer service. It clearly states on their website (choice hotels App) that there is no elevator. It also says there will be a $100 deposit,..so no surprises if you actually research what you're booking before doing so. I don't travel to this area much but did save this hotel as a favorite and will stay here again when in town.

The room had a comfortable feel, maintaining cleanliness despite not being the most updated. While the breakfast was satisfactory, a wider variety of choices would have been appreciated. The inconvenience of having the washer and dryer only on the second floor, coupled with the absence of an elevator, was a minor drawback. On a positive note, every check-in person was pleasant and provided helpful information. Housekeeping promptly attended to requests, ensuring an overall enjoyable stay.

Great place to stay! Rooms were nice and clean, amazing breakfast, staff were nice and social. We stayed here this past weekend for Kings Island Haunt. 20 min drive but so worth it.

My second time staying there. Clean, the attendant at the desk was personable, likeable and I enjoyed talking with her. Room was very clean. Next to a major chain restaurant was a plus. Felt safe and didn't worry about my vehicle.

There were crumbs on the counter in my bathroom. The floor had tiny pieces of gravel. The room felt very damp. The staff was ok. Too personal? I didn't care for the conversation about why I stopped smoking. It was weird and uncomfortable. Negative: ""
